Kenté Sky Spa est un spa situé rue du lycée technique non loin de Nestlé. Sur deux paliers d’un immeuble de luxe, le spa offre divers services allant des simples soins aux plus complets. Je vous raconte juste en bas mon envolée à Kenté Sky Spa pour ma première expérience.

La prise en charge

Quand j’arrive, je suis prise en charge par la gérante. Une dame accueillante et professionnelle qui me fait patienter le temps que la dame qui doit prendre soin de moi, vienne me chercher. Ça ne dure pas et je suis accompagnée aux vestiaires. Les vestiaires sont composés d’armoires personnalisées pour ranger ses affaires, de douches. On me remet une serviette, un bonnet pour protéger ma tête, un peignoir, un slip jetable, des sandales de douches, des sandales compensées pour circuler dans le spa, une éponge, du savon noir.

Le hammam 

Je prends donc ma douche et j’enfile le slip jetable, la serviette, le peignoir et les sandales compensées pour être menée au Hammam. Le soin que j’ai choisi est le hammam complet. C’est la première fois que j’entre dans un hammam et franchement avec tous les films d’horreur que j’ai regardé, j’avais un peu peur. Mais après quelques minutes passées, je me sentais vraiment bien. J’ai eu le temps de perdre beaucoup d’eau avant l’étape où l’on passe le savon noir sur le corps. Je dirai 15 à 20 mn dans le hammam sans savon noir et 15 à 20 mn dans hammam avec le savon noir.

Le gommage

Je passe ensuite dans la deuxième salle qui est une salle de gommage là bas, on me gomme le corps avec énergie de haut en bas et de bas en haut sur les deux faces. On insiste sur les coudes et les pieds. Je suis enfin abondamment rincée à l’eau tiède.

Je ressors plus propre que jamais pour me rendre à la dernière étape du hammam complet à savoir la salle de massage.

Le massage

Là, avec de la musique douce, je me relaxe entièrement. Mon corps subi avec délice les pressions appliquées à mes muscles. Je me sens vraiment bien. Je souris seule quand je sors de cette salle pour me détendre en terrasse, une tasse de thé à la main.

A Kenty Sky Spa, je découvre le bien-être, le vrai et surtout je pense à mes futurs soins dans cet endroit à la vue magnifique.

Kenté Sky Spa is a spa located on the high school street near Nestlé. On two levels of a luxury building, the spa offers various services ranging from simple care to the most complete. I tell you just down my flight to Kenté Sky Spa for my first experience.

The management

When I arrive, I am taken care of by the manager. A welcoming and professional lady who makes me wait the time that the lady who has to take care of me, comes to pick me up. It does not last and I’m with the locker room. The dressing rooms are made up of custom cabinets to store his belongings, showers. I am given a towel, a cap to protect my head, a bathrobe, a disposable underpants, shower sandals, wedge sandals to circulate in the spa, a sponge, black soap.

The hammam

So I take my shower and put on the disposable briefs, the towel, the bathrobe and the wedge sandals to be taken to the Hammam. The care I have chosen is the complete hammam. This is the first time I enter a hammam and frankly with all the horror movies I watched, I was a little scared. But after a few minutes I felt really good. I had time to lose a lot of water before the stage where the black soap is passed over the body. I will say 15 to 20 mn in the hammam without black soap and 15 to 20 mn in hammam with black soap.

The scrub

I then go into the second room which is a scrub room down there, I erase the body with energy from top to bottom and from bottom to top on both sides. We insist on the elbows and the feet. I am finally thoroughly rinsed with lukewarm water.

I get cleaner than ever to get to the last stage of the full hammam ie the massage room.

The massage

There, with soft music, I relax completely. My body underwent with delight the pressures applied to my muscles. I feel really good. I smiled alone when I leave this room to relax on the terrace, a cup of tea in my hand.
